    Dr. Zhao obtained his PhD in computer science at Harbin Institute of Technology in 2016. He worked as a postdoc research fellow at University of California Berkeley from 2017 to 2020 and as a postdoc at Tsinghua University from 2016 to 2017. He is currently a postdoc research scientist in the Department of Radiology, Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Zhao's research interests include affective computing, multimedia, and computer vision. Currently, he mainly focuses on medical image analysis. View a full list of Dr. Zhao's publications.

    Dr. Guo obtained her MD at Hebei Medical University in Shijiazhuang, China and worked as a clinical radiologist for more than 30 years in China. Her specialties include lung diseases, especially lung cancer. She has worked as a research radiologist since 2007, both at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (2007-2009) and Columbia University Irving Medical Center (2009-2010 and 2016 to the present). Her main research focus is on assessment of therapy responses of clinical trials. She also evaluates the research of image analysis and quantitative imaging features.

  • Yen Chou, MD

    • Research Radiologist

    Yen Chou obtained his MD degree at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. He completed his radiology residency and musculoskeletal imaging fellowship at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (2015-2020). Since 2020, he worked as a staff radiologist at the medical imaging department and as a lead research scientist at the artificial intelligence laboratory of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, New Taipei City. His main research interest involves the clinical application of machine learning algorithms and quantitative imaging biomarkers (radiomics) in radiology and radiation oncology.
